In the middle of the launch of the NVIDIA RTX 5000 series, the GPU market has undoubtedly died out of control, the inflated prices being the unhappy highest point for consumers in several regions. However, this has changed – temporarily, at least – for those of the United Kingdom.
Overclockers UK, a large online retailer, is currently selling a range of partners in the NVIDIA RTX 5000 series at their launch prices: the culminating point is RTX 5070 from Gainward, which is now available at £ 499.99 (previously £ 539.99), £ 40 reduction on its original price.
Perhaps the most shocking list here, is the GPU Palit RTX 5080 Gaming Pro available at its retail price of £ 979.99: it should be noted that although all the Blackwell GPU has been too expensive, none was too expensive that the RTX 5080 and RTX 5090, with the two GPUS at least more than £ 1,400 – then it is a monumntal movement.
The same goes for older RTX GPUs, with AIB cards in the 4000 and 3000 series on sale in the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, this is not the same case for American consumers at the time of writing, but recent rumors suggest that endless stock misfortunes.
The announcements and offers (which you can find below) are the best I have seen in the United Kingdom for a long time: pricing uncertainty and high GPU demand have seen the prices soaring, so it is an opportunity that should not be transmitted.
