LAHORE:
An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Friday declared six people, including fashion designer Khadija Shah, as proclaimed offenders (POs) in the Jinnah House attack case, due to their repeated non-appearance at the proceedings.
The court also issued permanent arrest warrants against Khadija and the other accused, including Faisal Akhtar, Adil Saeed, Faqir Syed Arsalan, Qasim Minhas and Abdullah Hassan.
The order was announced by Manzer Ali Gill, administrative judge of the ATC. The court noted that the defendants had repeatedly failed to appear for trial even though they had sufficient opportunity.
