A man and his young son were killed after being struck by a train while he would have filmed a Tiktok video near the railroad tracks in Landhi, Karachi.
According to the railway police, the incident occurred near Landhi station when Rehman Baba Express, bound for Karachi, struck the two victims. The rescuers of Chhipa and the railway police arrived at the scene and transferred the bodies to Jinnah hospital for legal formalities.
Service officer Asi Ramzan confirmed that the deceased had been identified as Jamil, 45, and his five -year -old son Sabihullah.
“The first reports suggest that they made a Tiktok video near the tracks when the accident occurred,” said Ramzan. “However, we are investigating more to determine the exact circumstances of the incident.”
The authorities have urged the public to be cautious near the railways and to avoid risky activities such as shooting videos in dangerous places.
