After months of rumors, Square Enix officially announced a remaster of its 1997 classic, Tactics Final Fantasy.
Revealed during the play of game of June PlayStation, Tactics Final Fantasy: The Ivalice Chronicles should be launched on September 30 for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, PC, Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2.
This improved version was created by a team made up of original and new developers. It includes all the features of the 1997 game, as well as many improvements.
The Ivalice Chronicles Offers a revised user interface to “make the game even more accessible and intuitive”, as well as faster and easier for players to control their units and see their turn command.
Since it was a remaster, the game graphics have also been updated for HD screens, new difficulty levels have been introduced, and two new battle features have also been added: tactical view and battle speed.
Tactical view will allow players to get an overview of the earth more easily and plan their action on the battlefield, while the battle speed essentially accelerates battles to allow players to cross easy fights faster.

The history of the Remaster is also entirely made in English and Japanese from a distribution of recognizable talents, notably Joe Pitts (Ramza), Gregg Lowe (Delita), Hannah Melbourn (Agrias), Timothy Watson (Cidolfus) and Harry Mcentire (Mustadio).
