- Microsoft teams add an “improved” spell checking function
- Users will be alerted to problems when they hit teams
- Multi-language management means that users can switch between up to three languages
Make embarrassing spelling errors in crucial work conversations or calls for Microsoft teams may soon be one thing in the past thanks to a new update.
The videoconferencing service has announced that it deploys “improved spelling verification”, giving users the tools to ensure that their messages are as precise as possible.
Microsoft says that adding, “will help ensure that your messages are clear and professional” – something I am sure that we all worry in the past.

In a blog article Microsoft 365, the company has described the functioning of the functionality, to identify all the problems in the teams compose the box and mark it or the demonstration of the problem with Honid.
Users can then choose a correction in a drop -down menu, ignore the suggestion or add a word to their dictionary.
The new spellief functionality will also offer a multi-language and management, users capable of switching between three languages. It is not mentioned exactly which languages are supported when launching, but we hope that we will soon get more information on this subject.
The functionality is listed as deployment now, and is generally available for all users of Windows Desktop and Mac devices on all platforms.
The launch is the last in a series of recent improvements to Microsoft teams announced by the company while it seeks to make the platform more intuitive.
This includes the recent launch of real -time text capacities (RTT), allowing participants to type a message while someone else’s speech is being transcribed, giving users who prefer to type another way to ensure that their voices take place.
