ISLAMABAD:
DPM/FM Ishaq Dar on Wednesday appreciated Jordan’s role in receiving detainees released from the Sumud Global Flotilla and facilitating their return home.
He also thanked Jordan for its assistance in enabling the return to Amman of former senator Mushtaq Ahmad Khan, who is expected to reach Pakistan on Thursday.
The DPM/FM spoke with his Jordanian representative Ayman Safadi, the spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a press release.
Both leaders reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthen Pakistan-Jordan relations through continued high-level engagement and cooperation.
