Pringles, Xbox and Bethesda Softworks have teamed up to launch a Fallout 76 Mystery flavor.
Yeah, you heard right. An all-new, limited-edition mystery flavor inspired by Fallout 76 will launch on January 28 for £1.75 and will be available in UK grocery chain Morrisons before rolling out to wider retailers.
To celebrate the launch, Pringles is challenging fans to submit their best flavor idea online. The winner will be rewarded with a five-night trip for two to California.
The new Pringles themed hits feature Fallout 76 pictures from the vault, and as for the mysterious flavor, well, I hope it’s not dog meat.
Pringles teases “bold, unexpected notes designed to spark debate among gamers and snack lovers” that will keep fans guessing.
Alongside the new Mystery Flavor, Pringles’ core flavor hits including Original, Sour Cream & Onion, Salt & Vinegar and Texas BBQ Sauce are also getting a limited-edition packaging redesign.
The new hits take inspiration from other Xbox games, such as World of Warcraft: Midnight, Sea of ThievesAnd The Outer Worlds 2as well as Fallout 76with exclusive in-game rewards up for grabs.
“Our mystery flavors always get people excited. Our newest Secret Santa flavor kept people guessing until the end, until the big reveal announced that it was a delicious festive truffle,” said Grace Taylor, Brand Activation Manager at Pringles.
“But this release – our third Mystery Flavor – is a true quest for flavor. The seasoning is bold, surprising, and full of twists that will keep fans debating for months. Pair that with a fun game-inspired hit and the chance to win an unforgettable trip to California, and it’s one of our most exciting limited releases yet. We can’t wait to see what theories players and snackers come up with.”
UK fans who think they’ve cracked the mystery flavor can scan the QR code on the Pringles tube, while Irish participants can head to the Pringles website.
THE Fallout 76 The Mystery Flavor guessing window is now open until May 7, 2026, so fans have five months to theorize.
