USA Gymnastics is under the national microscope after its largest star, Simone Biles, sparked mass exhaust for having attacked Riley Gaines on the issue of Trans athletes in female sports. Biles has since excluded for her remarks against sheaths, but the impact of public perception towards her and the organization only participates.
The former team of the United States and the NCAA female gymnast, Dee Worley, has spoken out against the gymnastics of the United States after having been revealed that the web pages of the organization describing its policy and its transgender resources were offline, PK Press Club Digital reported.
Worley, a former athlete and member of the United States Board of Directors, revealed in an exclusive interview with PK Press Club Digital its reflections on the leadership state for the country’s gymnastics organization of the country, while the United States should host the next summer Olympic Games in Los Angeles in 2028.

“I think there has been a regular decrease in its ability to have a backbone and the ability of its leaders to have a backbone for some time now,” said Worley about the organization and its recent quiet distancing policies of trans. “When you have no principles that you are ready to be dyed in wool and you are ten toes, then you will blow with each wind.”
Worley, who competed for the American national team in high school in the late 1980s, marked history at the University of Alabama as 17 All-American, quadruple champion and regional champion of nine times. As a senior in 1993, she set an NCAA record with 10 perfect consecutive games. She later said that she was a member of the United States Board of Directors.
And she went so far as to say that the organization presents “cowardice”, with its past position and its currently clear position on the question now.
“I do not like their cowardice in any case. Whether it means that they have trans information first or that they have shot it when it has become hot in the kitchen. I do not admire cowardice and I think you know that your position is standing on it, but be ready for the fight if you are on a problem that will be at the expense of women in your sport that has done your sport,” said Worley.
Previous links to three of the organization’s pages describing its transgender eligibility policies are currently offline. When the pages were officially taken offline are currently unknown.
A link previously led to an announcement of November 2020 that the organization no longer obliges trans athletes to undergo sexual reallow, legal recognition of gender and hormone therapy in order to compete in the genre category of their choice, as seen in an archive by the Wayback machine. This page still appears in the search results, but the link now goes to an error page 404.
Another link previously went to a three-page pdf brochure from gymnastics guidelines in the United States for transgender and non-binary athletes, as we see in a Wayback machine archive. This link is now inaccessible, but is still a higher result on search engines.
Another link previously went to a pdf USA gymnastics brochure of nine pages entitled “Inclusion resources for transgender athletes: support transgender and non -binary athletes”, as shown in a Wayback machine archive. This link is not accessible either.
Worley provides that the organization will announce an official amendment to its policy, but not one that goes far as it wishes.
“I predict that they will modify the language leaving a lot of loopholes and flexibility so that they are nebulous enough to change their mind if and when the moment came,” said Worley.
“I think they are very motivated by a pressure, an external concentration instead of being focused on the principles. You cannot therefore depend on an organization which holds nothing or which has real values on which they have refused to comply.”

For Worley, the recent position of the organization to let men biological compete in the category of women represents a political change to the left by the organization in recent years. She thinks it started after the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.
“When I was part of the United States gymnastics, it was really rigid … USA Gymnastics was really to be Team USA. It was a question of representing the United States well,” said World about competition in the 90s and in the early 2000s.
“So, it’s my memory and he left now. In my opinion, American gymnastics was absolutely placed by incredibly defective leadership for many years and also folded the knee at the awakened crowd. Which is regrettable because it has nothing to do with gymnastics.”
Worley remembers a change by the organization disdaining the protection of athletes after the public treatment of Gabby Douglas at the 2008 summer games.
“I noticed that and it was somehow the tilting point for me, I noticed a kind of fall in terms of protection of athletes,” said Worley.
Other MAJOR TEAM USA sports guidelines have quietly changed their transgender policies in increasing opposition to transplants in female and girls sports.
USA Track and Field (USATF) official transgender eligibility policy Now refers to the global athletics directives on its official web page.
The USATF previously referred to the policy of the International Olympic Committee (CIO), as seen in an archive via Wayback Machine.
The IOC allows organic men to participate in the female category, while world athletics prohibits any athlete who has undergone male puberty to participate as a woman.
USA Fencing announced in April that he was preparing to change his sex-eligibility policy, after a viral demonstration by the women’s shooter Stéphanie Turner triggered a mass reaction and a federal intervention by protesting against a trans opponent.
The organization said that she was preparing to modify its current policies which allow biological men to compete with women and girls in case it is “forced” to change it.
“In the event that the end of the United States is forced to modify its current position in accordance with supervisory organizations or federal legislation, the new policy declares that athletes who participate in the tournaments of American fences fencing must compete according to their biological sex,” said the announcement.
The proposed update policy ensures that the female category “will be open exclusively to female athletes”. The male category “will be open to all other athletes who are otherwise eligible for competition”.
Worley hopes that the next generation of gymnasts can contribute to a substantial change in their director organ.
“If female gymnasts are in a position where there is a male competitor who claims to be a woman and who wants to compete with women, I would say to them” repel “,” said World.
