Two other women accused the former NFL player Marcellus Wiley of rape during his days of play at Columbia University in new proceedings.
Wiley, already accused of previous allegations, is accused of having violated women in his dormitory in 1994 while playing for the school football team.
A victim claims that she was in a hurry to make love with Wiley on October 27, 1994, after accepting an invitation to the Wiley dormitory. She said that she had reported the incident to an administrator of Columbia, who had urged her not to file a criminal complaint, because she “would be known as the girl who destroyed the dream of a black man’s NFL”.
The second victim claims to have been attacked about a month later.
Wiley lawyers did not immediately respond to a request for comments.
Wiley was accused for the first time in November 2023, but immediately called these “BS” allegations.
The first trial, submitted to the Supreme Court of New York under the Adult Survivors Act, said Wiley had attacked him in the fall of 1994 when he was playing at Ivy League school during his second season.

She said Wiley had forced herself in a first -year dormitory, had not taken care of her objections to her actions and had taken her virginity.
Wiley admitted to having spent the night in his dormitory, but “we did not engage in sexual intercourse”, he did not want it either, because she was a virgin.
“If you are a virgin, I will not be your first, because I do not look at it with the same respect, considers, honor that you should”, he said in his show. “We have spoiled, but no vaginal reports.”
Wiley said that the student had told people at the time that she “did not like” their interaction in her dormitory, but he said that since she had a boyfriend at the time, she had to find a story so as not to be ashamed of herself.
Wiley added that he “corresponded to a stereotype” as a “big black man from Compton”.

Wiley was then drafted by the Buffalo bills In the second round of the 1997 NFL draft and would continue to play 10 seasons from the NFL with the Jaguars of San Diego Chargers, Dallas Cowboys and Jacksonville. He totaled 44 bags and 322 plated combined in 147 games.
