The federal government said four-day holidays for Eidul-Azha, which is expected to start on Friday June 6 and will extend until Monday, June 9.
According to Express News, the announcement was made by the Prime Minister, who approved and then confirmed that during the holidays, all government and private offices, educational establishments and banks across the country will remain closed.
The decision complies with the celebration of Eidul Azha, which is a major religious festival in Pakistan.
