Islamabad:
Fuel and diesel prices should increase to Rs6.60 per liter (2.5%) for the next fifteen from July 16, 2025, according to estimates by the petroleum industry.
The projected increase includes an increase of 6.60 RS per liter of petrol prices and 5.27 Rs per liter (1.9%) increase in high -speed diesel levels (HSD).
However, the prices of other petroleum products, including kerosene oil and light diesel oil (LDO), should decrease by RS3.74 (2%) and RS2.23 (1.3%) per liter, respectively.
These estimates are based on an oil tax (PL) and a carbon sustainability tax (CSL) of RS78.02 per liter in petrol and RS77.01 per liter on HSD.
