The latest developments followed the APC last week summoned by the KP government, where a strong consensus was reached against any military operation in the province.
Chief Minister Ali Amin Khan, addressing the rally, stressed that the responsibility of guaranteeing the country’s borders lies in the federal authorities and security agencies, while the provincial police are fully able to meet the challenges of terrorism and the police within KP.
Participants categorically rejected the long -standing distinction between the “good” and the “bad” Taliban and expressed firm opposition to the use of drone strikes in the provincial territory.
