Levis slipped in the second round and was drafted by the Titans with the 33rd overall choice, for which they exchanged. He started his recruit season as a quarter of the third rope, but he made his debut in October 2023 after Ryan Tannehill was sidelined with an injury.
He had trouble this season with a 3-6 record. He launched 1,808 yards and eight affected. He launched four interceptions and was dismissed 28 times. Levis was named Titans Starter in 2024, but his difficulties continued. He finished the season with a file of 2-10 and 2,091 yards by the pass, 13 affected and 12 interceptions.
