A high school track meeting in Southern California has become the last flash point of the continuous state conflict with the administration of President Donald Trump against Trans athletes in Girls Sports. There, several girls’ competitors fell shy from first place to a trans biologically male athlete.

The final of the southern section of the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) of the South section saw the Trans athlete take first place in the triple jump and the long jump. The second finisher of the long jump was Katie McGuinness of the Lycée de la Canada.

McGuinness told the experience of losing against the Trans athlete in an interview on “America Reports” by PK Press Club.

“I remember thinking:” OK, I need to take a big leap “, said McGuinness.

“I ran on the track and landed and watched them measure my brand, and it was 18.9,” she said. “And I just remember having thought that there was nothing else I could do.

McGuinness clearly made the overall position on the issue.

“There are just certain genetic advantages that biological men have that biological girls do not have,” she said. “Frankly, I can’t bear it.”

The second place of the TRANT athlete in triple jump, Reese Hogan of Crean Lutheran High School, made a duty to stand in the first place of podium for a quick and symbolic photo shoot. Hogan images taking the best podium after the Trans athlete has become viral on social networks this weekend.

Hogan had just competed with the trans athlete in the preliminaries a week earlier. During this event, Hogan also came behind the TRANS athlete to the triple jump, finishing third, and would have placed a place higher without the trans athlete. But Hogan finished before the trans athlete in the high jump.

“It’s just a little sad to look. He is obviously a really talented athlete, we have all seen him jump and everything, and I wish him the best chance, but in a boys’ division,” previously told PK Press Club Digital about the competition against the athlete. “It is quite obvious that certain advantages he has, and it is obviously just sad as a woman to look at that.”

Hogan also spoke during a press conference to protest against the trans athlete to the preliminaries and wore a shirt that said “Protect Girls Sports”.

“It was nothing against the athlete himself, it was just a problem of equity,” said Hogan. “Nothing we can do, no training, no time we do, we could never get the same number of advantages as a man can have.”

The CIF Track and Field in the playoffs was overshadowed by the controversy involving the Trans athlete, obtaining a national exam against the CIF and the governor of California Gavin Newsom. A spokesman for the US Ministry of Education sent a warning to the State in the days preceding the final of the South CIF section, referring to the previous reports according to which CIF officials have made their sports shirts for protected girls.

“Cif’s and Jurupa Valley High School Bafouting of Federal Civil Rights Law by allowing a male athlete to participate in a female of athletics in California [Southern Sectional Division 3 final] This Saturday, and the alleged reprisals against the girls protesting by this, is indefensible, “Julie Hartman, spokesperson for the Ministry of Education, told PK Press Club.

The CIF is already under a federal investigation into the title IX on the trans-inclusive practices of the State. The American Department of Education launched an investigation against the CIF in February after President Donald Trump signed the men who kept the men of the Women’s Sports Order. The CIF was one of the country’s first sports leagues in the country to announce that it would challenge order.

Newsom, in a February episode of his podcast, said that he thought that the trans athletes who participate in the sports of the girls are “deeply unfair” but had not taken measures as governor to change state policies. The state has set up a law that allows athletes to compete with women since 2014.

“California Governor Gavin Newsom, who, in a surprising moment of moral clarity, recently noted that he was” deeply unfair “for men to participate in female sports,” said Hartman. “Where is the Governor Newsom now? With or without the Governor, the commitment of the Ministry of Education of the Trump Administration is unshakable: we will not allow institutions to trample the civil rights of women. The survey of the OCR (Office of Civil Rights) on CIF continues with vigor.”

The Trans athlete represents the Jurupa Valley High School. The unified school district of Jurupa made a declaration to PK Press Club Digital in response to the Declaration of the Ministry of Education.

“Jusd continues to follow both Californian law policy and CIF policy concerning academic athletics. CIF law and CIF policy is currently requiring that students be authorized to participate in sports teams and competitions in accordance with their gender identity, regardless of the protection of the rights and security of students that we serve, in accordance with applicable state and state law.
