Google Gemini could be integrated into Apple Intelligence by the middle of this year, according to the CEO of Google Sundar Pichai.
Initially reported by Bloomberg, Pichai told court on Wednesday that he hoped for a partnership between the two companies, and this could be formalized in the middle of this year.
Bloomberg reports that Pichai has held a number of conversations with Apple CEO, Tim Cook, and companies seem ready to continue their long -standing partnership that has existed since the first days of the iPhone.
We had previously pointed out Gemini’s reference in Apple Intelligence as part of the IOS 18.4 beta version in February, and there were several reports dating from the original launch of Apple’s intelligence last year which alluded to a Gemini X Apple future.
If the estimates of Pichai are correct, we could see Google Gemini integrated into Apple Intelligence in time for the launch planned in September of the iPhone 17.

The WWDC 2025 is a few months old, and we all impatiently foresee what Apple will reveal in terms of redesign the user interface of iOS 19 as well as the future of Apple Intelligence.
If Google and Apple can conclude this agreement before WWDC, the integration of Google Gemini into Siri and writing tools could be a major subject of discussion of the event.
At the time of writing the editorial moment, the integration of chatgpt is available in Apple Intelligence, although it is often slower than using the dedicated application. If the Gemini should become an option, we hope that Apple would work to make these integrations IA much more efficient and rationalized.
With the WWDC 2025 just at the corner of the street, we don’t have to wait long to discover what the future has in store for Apple Intelligence. One thing is certain, however: Google Gemini as part of your iphone basic experience is likely.
