AI agents becoming an increasingly common view of businesses around the world, Google Cloud has become the last major company to increase its efforts in space.
During its next Google Cloud event, the company has unveiled several upgrades to its agentspace platform to facilitate the discovery and adoption of agents.
Just to give things an additional boost, Google Cloud also announced a new partnership with Nvidia designed to make its offers even more intuitive.
Expansion of Google Agentspace Agents
After the initial launch of Google Agentspace in December 2024, the updates mainly aimed to facilitate the creation and deployment of AI agents
This includes giving employees access to research and analysis tools for space agents directly from the Google Chrome search area. Multimodal research capacities can help find exactly the necessary data within your company, or give customers access to the answers they need.
Research results can cover the content of the web, or the most used applications and software in your business, including tastes from Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and applications like Jira, Salesforce or ServiceNow.
Elsewhere, workers can also use a new gallery of agents to quickly find and deploy new agents as well as to create their own agents with the new agent designer platform without code – or launch some of the latest Google offers, ideas generation agent and in -depth research agent.
In order to ensure that all of these new agents effectively coexist, Google Cloud has also launched a new interoperability protocol called Agent2agent, which, according to him, will allow AI agents to communicate with each other, to exchange information in complete safety and to coordinate actions in addition to various platforms or business applications. “
Built on existing standards to allow easier integration, the company has already registered more than 50 partners for the launch, including the heavyweights of the company such as Salesforce, Paypal, Box, Atlassian and more.
Finally, to exploit the power of some of the most powerful IT equipment of the current time, Google Cloud and Nvidia have signed a collaboration providing AI models from the NVIDIA Blackwell HGX and DGX platforms, as well as NVIDIA Confidential Computing.
“By providing our Gemini models in premises with the revolutionary performance of Nvidia Blackwell and confidential IT capacities, we allow companies to unlock the full potential of AI Agency,” said Sachin Gupta, vice-president and general manager of infrastructure and solutions at Google Cloud.
“This collaboration helps to ensure that customers can innovate in complete safety without compromising performance or operational facility.”
