Google has officially launched its mobile payment service, Google Wallet, Pakistan, providing a new level of convenience to digital transactions.
The service not only allows online payments, but also allows users to make integrated and contactless payments in person via their mobile devices. This decision should improve the landscape of digital payments in Pakistan, offering a safer, easier and more efficient way to make transactions.
How to use Google Wallet in Pakistan
It is easy to start with Google Wallet in Pakistan. Simply download the Google Wallet application from the Google Play Store. If you already have a compatible credit or debit card linked to your Google account, it will automatically appear in Google Wallet. From there, follow the easy instructions on the screen to configure your account for contactless payments.
If you do not have a saved card, you can add one by pressing “Add a card” at the top of the application carousel. After examining and accepting the terms and conditions of the transmitter, finish the verification process and your card will be tokenized, which prepares it to be used in Google Wallet.

Google Wallet in Pakistan supports a variety of bank cards, including debit and credit cards for the best financial institutions. These cards can be used for payments in person and online wherever Google Pay is accepted.
Currently, the following banks are supported:

- Additional features and the integration of the merchant
Beyond the bank cards, Google Wallet also supports digital items such as loyalty cards and shipping them, making it an all-in-one solution to manage your payments and your travel documents.
Soon, users will also be able to buy with Google Pay from popular online retailers, notably Onic, Gul Ahmed, Sana Safinaz, J. and Ke, thanks to the integration of Payfast. Travelers can also add airline administration like Batik Air and Thai Airways to Google Wallet. These features will guarantee a more fluid and more practical experience in airports, with real -time notifications on departure hours and door changes.
The integration of Google Wallet with the Safepay platform also means that more companies in Pakistan will soon accept payments without secure contact, expanding the scope of this revolutionary digital payment solution. With these innovations, Google Wallet should change the way Pakistan makes payments and manages financial transactions.
