Google has given its VEO 3 video generation model a major upgrade which should considerably improve its speed.
The new VEO 3 Fast, which has been optimized for speed and rapid iteration, now allows users to create short clips such as advertisements, demos and short films much faster.
The model will also support video image in the public preview of August 2025 to create clips of eight seconds, which further reduces the time to generate a video by accelerating the invited process.
Veo 3 Fast is … faster
With Veo 3 Fast, users can generate an HD 1080p video with native audio generation, including the synchronized lip speed and sound effects adjustment.
In a blog post, the Director of Management of Vertex AI products, Jason Gelman, explained that videos generated by VEO are ideal for creating a localized video where companies may need to quickly create the same clip in several languages.
With Vertex IA, companies also benefit from synthetic filigranes and compensation coverage for the complete preparation of companies.
Although the technology is new, Google is already paying particular attention to the way companies use VEO 3 to generate videos in order to further adapt its tools in the use of the real world. The latest upgrade, Veo 3 Fast, is perfect for Iteratier quickly the variations in advertising concepts, transform images of immobile products into demonstration videos and effectively develop animated explanators or content training.
With more than 70 million videos created with the Google Veo 3 since May 2025 and more than six million videos created by corporate customers since its launch on Vetex IA in June, the new model is sure to quickly attract users.
Canva also joined the VEO 3 model in its application. The CPO Cameron Adams explained that Canva AI has democratized access to powerful models, and users can access the capabilities of VEO 3 from the familiar and easy to use interface of the application.
