The Republicans won the congress baseball match for the fifth consecutive year, beating the Democrats, 13-2, at the Washington National Park on Wednesday.
The Republicans all wore the same red uniforms with Maga hats, while the Democrats wore different jerseys and hats.
Representative Greg Steube, R-Fla., Launched five rounds for the GOP to obtain victory, abandoning two points with seven stick withdrawals.

Steuebe met in trouble during the first round when the Democrats loaded the basics with two withdrawals. But a diving game of the representative August Pfluger, R-Texas, on the third base, ended the sleeve when he looked to prevent a hard ball touched from leaving the inner field, then plunged on the base with his glove to go out.

However, the Republicans opened the match in the fourth round when they scored five points to take a 10-2 lead.

In sixth round, the GOP added two more points on a double.
Senator Joni Earnst, R-Iowa, then entered the game as a twinge runner to be the first woman to play in the game. Ernst then came to score to make the 13-2 match.

The Republicans have now won the last five baseball games in the congress, with four eruptions in a row. The GOP won match 31-11 of 2024; in 2023 by a score of 16-6; and 2022 with a refreshment of 10-0. The Current GOP victories sequence started with a tight victory of 13-12 in 2021 when the match returned after a year-round interruption due to the Pandemic COVID-19.
Before that, the Democrats won 10 out of 11.
This year’s baseball match match has collected a record of $ 2.75 million for charity works.
