Islamabad:
While PTI doubles efforts to reach more political heavyweights in its great alliance, the opposition parties decided to expand the anti-government coalition on Friday by opening new communication channels and organizing key meetings.
In the midst of speculation according to which behind-the-scenes maneuvers were underway to bring the head of the Jeu-F Maulana Fazlur Rehman in the fold, the Jui-F also seemed to weigh his options to join the alliance against the common political rival.
Development occurred for weeks after a PTI delegation, led by opposition head Omar Ayub Khan, spoke with Fazl – who had previously decided to go to the government.
While the two parties chewed the country’s political landscape, the leaders of the PTI had extended a branch of olive tree, urging Maulana to join the great opposition alliance.
Meanwhile, following the meeting, the rumor mill had been on supply with statements that the Clerc -Polician had established three conditions for his support – says the party has now shot down.
The opposition management should now stop in the Sindh, with the management of Tehreek-E-Tahaffuz-e-Ain Pakistan (TTAP) preparing for a crucial three-day visit. A series of high issues meetings were to strengthen the alliance.
The delegation will engage with the management of the great alliance, while the head of the Sindh opposition, Ayaz Latif Palijo, should speak with officials in Hyderabad.
The delegation includes key characters, notably the head of the TTAP Mahmood Achakzai, Asad Qaiser, Sahibzada Hamid Raza, Akhunzada Hussain Yousafzai, the leaders of BNP-Mengal and MWM, as well as the general Salman Pti Secre-Tary Akram Raja.
During the visit, the Alliance will also relate to the basis of the business world, the association of the bar, PTI officials in Karachi and journalists aligned by the opposition, further expanding its network.
Meanwhile, the TTAP spokesperson Akhunzada Hussain Yousafzai, killed speculations concerning the alleged conditions of the head of Jui-F Maulana Fazlur Rehman for joining the opposition block. “Maulana Fazlur Rehman has not presented any prerequisite for the management of the opposition alliance,” he said.
“The government knows that the great opposition alliance will be formed in the coming days,” he added.
He also said that the electronic media had “disseminated false news concerning Maulana Fazlur Rehman”, stressing that the claims that he set three conditions to join TTAP was baseless.
“Maulana Fazlur Rehman did not demand the direction of the opposition alliance, and he did not ask for the KP government,” he added.
Similarly, at a press conference in Islamabad, Mahmood Khan Achakzai and Shahid Khaqan Abbasi – who recently joined the anti -government alliance – were addressed to the media.
“Our consultations with the opposition parties are underway. The inhabitants of the country want a solution to the current situation,” said Shahid Khaqan Abbasi.
Achakzai announced that the Alliance had decided to convene a national conference to solve the country’s problems.
“We want to play a role in solving national problems. We invite everyone to this conference, which will be held over two days on February 26 and 27, during which national problems will be discussed.”
In a press release, a spokesperson for Jeu-F, Aslam Ghauri, said that “some circles are upset” by the news of Jeu-F joining the opposition alliance. “Those who are upset are those that disseminate new -founded news.”
“Even without the leadership position, Maulana Fazlur Rehman plays an important role in the opposite-discovery alliance,” said the spokesperson, adding that Fazl’s management was now dependent on any position, and his inclusion would only do strengthen the opposition.
“We are gradually moving towards the formation of a great alliance,” he said, noting that such declarations have helped to restrict the differences between the opposition parties.
“After his speech in Parliament, a campaign to defame Maulana Fazlur Rehman is underway. The Na -ion knows where these fractional sparrows come from,” he added.
