Hailee Steinfeld has entered a new phase of her journey to motherhood when her unborn child seems more real than ever.
The 29-year-old actress and singer took stock of her life in the latest edition of her Beau Society newsletter on Friday February 20.
THE Sinners The star began, “This week I was sitting on the couch in my family room, and the reality that our little family is about to get bigger really started to set in. Of course, I have all the to-do lists (which you know I love), and I’ve been busy with the research and general life reorganization that happens when you’re about to have a baby.”
Steinfeld continued to describe how her daily routine has changed in the present by describing her internal conversations with herself when she asks herself big questions such as “How am I going to be as a mom?” ” or having vivid daydreams of what our lives are about to look like when the three of us are snuggled together in the nursery.
THE Dickinson The actress and her husband Josh Allen announced the news of their pregnancy in December last year, and the couple have now entered the nesting phase where they are building the space to welcome their baby.
“We’re about to meet someone we already love so much. I’ve been searching for words to describe this feeling, and I don’t have them yet. Maybe that’s the problem. For now, I’m lucky to settle into this feeling,” the mom-to-be wrote in her note.
Describing their preparations, the love me The hitmaker shared that “creating a nursery has been a joy for me.”
Steinfeld added that she took suggestions from all her mom friends and made changes and additions to the ongoing nursery accordingly to make sure her baby had everything he needed.
As for shopping for the little one, she shared that while she’s more of a minimalist, she collects certain items thoughtfully, adding, “There’s something surreal about folding little clothes, organizing drawers, putting little socks in a basket and thinking our baby will actually wear that.”
