Washington: Billionaire Elon Musk raised his eyebrows when he presented himself to the White House with a black butter eye on his last day of work for President Donald Trump.
Many people wondered what had happened. But according to Musk, the explanation is simple – his five -year -old son gave him.
“I was just doing horses with Lil ‘X, and I said,” Go ahead, hit me in the face “”, Musk, 53, told journalists when he was asked how he had the shiner.
“And he did it. It turns out that even a five-year-old child struck you in the face is actually …”, he added, before stopping.
“I didn’t really feel much at the time, but I guess it dies.”
Trump organized the press conference with Musk to mark the last day of Tesla’s boss to the so-called Ministry of Government Effectiveness (DOGE). Musk had expressed growing disillusionment with work, but said that he would remain a “friend and advisor”.
The appearance of Musk was overshadowed by allegations in the New York Times that he embarked on a high consumption of drugs during the campaign campaign for Trump in 2024.
Trump said he “had not noticed” purple bruising next to Musk’s right eye, but added: “X could do it, if you knew X.”
The son of Musk X – Full name X æ a -xii – frequently made appearances in the White House when his father directed the unleashing of Doge’s costs by the federal government.
He even sat on Musk’s shoulders during the first oval appearance of the SpaceX magnate in February, and was seen picking his nose next to Trump’s resolved office.
Musk took the chance to joke the expenses of French President Emmanuel Macron with regard to his eye with black butter.
After Trump was invited to his reaction to a video of Macron’s wife, apparently pushed the face of the French chief, Musk laughed and said: “I have a little shiner here.”
Musk, wearing a Dogeal baseball cap and a t-shirt saying “Le Dogefather”, joked again when he was asked how he was injured.
“I was not near France,” he said.
