Rawalpindi:
The Special Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) will carry out the hearing of 11 cases related to violence on May 9, 2023 against 1,279 activists and leaders of the PTI, including the founder of the Imran Khan party and the former Minister of Foreign Affairs Shah Mahmood Qureshi, on Saturday (today).
ATC special judge Amjad Ali Shah, will lead the hearing in the district courts instead of Adiala prison. During the hearing, copies of the Challans would be given to the remaining accused, who had not received such papers.
These cases include the case of attack by GHQ Gate 4, the combustion of the building of a sensitive institution in the Sadar region and the burn of the Metro bus station.
