Nintendo shared a solution for the problem of the common switch battery charge indicator.
The Switch 2 was officially launched earlier this month, and if you are one of the users who have encountered a problem where your console wrongly displays your battery percentage, fortunately, there is now a fix.
On the assistance page, Nintendo provided simple step -by -step instructions “for when the quantity of battery displayed and the actual use of the remaining battery does not correspond”.

- Confirm that you use an AC adapter powerful enough to load your console. The Nintendo Switch AC (HAC-002 model) adapter can be used to load the Nintendo 2 switch when it is connected directly to the console. Due to output output differences, it cannot be used to load the Nintendo 2 switch when moored.
- Confirm that your console has the last update of the system.
- Turn off the console.
- Press and hold the volume buttons up (+) and the volume (-), press the power button once to activate the system.
- Continue to keep the volume buttons until the recovery mode menu appears. Navigation to this menu must reset the battery level meter.
- Turn off the console again by pressing on and holding the power button until it goes out.
- Alit the console on and monitor the situation.
Nintendo noted that navigation in the recovery mode menu should be sufficient to reset the battery level meter, but if the monitoring of these steps has still not resolved the problem of the battery charge indicator, the console must be sent for a service repair.
