A royal expert has revealed that Princess of Wales Kate Middleton has a passion for managing and overcoming anxiety.
Addressing the Fox News Digitalroyal expert Helena Chard has revealed that the future queen has many surprising hobbies and the majority of them line up with her love of the great outdoors.
She said Kate had taken up the new hobby of ‘meditation’, apparently under the guidance of famous photographer Chris Levine.
The royal expert said: “Princess Catherine says the practice can be just as beneficial as medication.
“Meditation brings balance and peace and is a winner when it comes to overcoming anxiety.”
Another royal expert, Amanda Matta, said: “When it comes to other hobbies, I think people forget that Kate is truly sporty.
“She cycled, windsurfed, climbed and abseiled in front of the cameras. There are also sweet stories of her playing rugby with her children in the garden of Anmer Hall and paddleboarding nearby.”
Kate Middleton once shared that her children’s happiest times are spent outside, whether it’s catching tadpoles or cooking in the garden, and that really sums up her priorities.
Matta added: “This is the mother who would rather see her children in muddy clothes than spend too much time in front of a screen, as she recently mentioned in her Early Childhood Center essay on the ‘epidemic of disconnection’.”
