HubSpot, one of the best CRM platforms, has just announced a new integration with Chatgpt, giving teams for setting up a new tool capable of creating usable information, based on data generated by the company. In a recent press release, HubSpot said that the in -depth research connector is a “game changer” that allows teams to apply “a powerful research and analysis and at the doctorate level to their own data and customer context”.
“The HubSpot connector is like having an additional analyst on the team, allowing salespeople to sell risks, opportunities and the next best actions,” said Colin Johnson, Senior Director, CRM among youth enrichment brands. “For a non -technical user, the fact that it is easy to use and speaks directly with my data is huge.”
To use the new integration, hubspot users must access Chatgpt and activate the HubSpot in -depth search connector function. From there, they can select HubSpot as a data source, authenticate their account and start asking questions. The company also claims that the in -depth research connector is “easy to trust”.

“We have built it to make sure that users only see the CRM data to which they are allowed to access in HubSpot. For example, individual sales representatives will only see pipeline data for the offers they have or manage. With the HubSpot in -depth search connector, customer data is not used for Chatgpt AI training. ”
The new offer will be available for all HubSpot customers of all levels with a paid chatpt plan (EU: Team, Enterprise and Edu; all other regions: team, company, pro, plus and Edu). The list of available languages can be found here.
Explaining further for whom the new integration is adapted, HubSpot has mentioned marketing specialists (which can use information to launch automated workflows, for example), sales teams (which can find new opportunities), customer success teams (which can use the tool to drive) and support teams to manage the tips in support tickets.
