Hugh Jackman has revealed whether his children will follow his acting journey.
In a recent conversation at the premiere of his new film Song sung in blue to 2025 AFI FestivalThe 57-year-old actor revealed that right now he’s not sure what career path his children will pursue, but that whatever path they choose, it should only be something they “love.”
For those who don’t know, Hugh shares father-of-two children Oscar Maximilian, 25, and Ava Eliot, 20, with ex-wife Debora-Lee Furness.
“They would both be very good, but I don’t know,” Hugh told E! News. “I just want them to do what they love.”
In a previous conversation with People in June 2018, the Wolverine The star explained that she has “so many advantages.”
“I want them to know that they have a responsibility to use these benefits to help others,” Hugh said at the time.
He went on to say, “My kids are constantly reminded how lucky we are in our family. We are ridiculously lucky. We live in a beautiful house in places other people dream of.”
“But when it comes to the world, we are even luckier. One in six people don’t have clean water. They don’t understand how we live,” he added.
