The professional wrestling icon, Hulk Hogan, was supposed to be cremated, but was rather informed earlier this week.
Hogan died on July 24 at the age of 71 and its cremation was approved on July 30, according to documents obtained by PK Press Club Digital.
Despite this and an official cause of death – a heart attack while fighting other health problems – Sky Hogan, the widow of the wrestler, said that the family wanted “every question” first answered.

“”[Hulk Hogan] I chose cremation knowing that this physical life is temporary and its eternal celestial body. He has not yet been cremated, because our family ensures that each question about their medical care is answered first. Once we have this tranquility of mind, we will honor his wish and realize it with love and respect, “she wrote Instagram on Wednesday.
After this post, Hogan’s daughter, Brooke, proposed to pay the autopsy.
“I am happy to see that my father was not cremated and that Sky is waiting for family issues,” wrote Brooke in an Instagram story. “With all the speculations and the uncertainty of my father’s death, I want to personally offer to pay an autopsy if that’s what it takes to do so. The dignity and heritage of my father deserve it.”
Hogan had a history of atrial fibrillation, a heart disease that causes an irregular and rapid heart rate, and had chronic lymphocyte leukemia, cancer that affects white blood cells, according to officials.

Brooke chose not to attend his father’s funeral.
“My father hated the morbidity of the funeral. He did not want it. And although I know that people cry in many ways-and I am so grateful for all the celebrations and events organized to honor him, like his daughter, I had to make my own decision to honor him the best and most authentic that I knew how … the way it made me feel the closest. “The only thing that is missing today was him is a pop-up lawn chair that looks at the waves … and the sunset.”
Sky described Hogan’s funeral as a “celebration of life” in the aforementioned Instagram publication, calling it “one of the most beautiful and most moving days I have ever known”.

“In the same church where we got married and baptized together, we gathered with family, friends and loved ones to honor a life that touched millions. The church was filled with stories … Some who brought tears, others that made us laugh through these tears … And with each shared memory, you could feel the love that surrounded him,” wrote Sky.
