The WWE renown temple known as Brutus “The Barber” Beefcake expressed its regret for not being able to see Hulk Hogan before his death at the age of 71.
Beefcake, whose real name is Ed Leslie, spoke to TMZ Sports on Saturday of her longtime friendship with Hogan. He said he had heard whispers that “the Hulkster” had not gone so well, and he had thought of going to Clearwater, Hogan Florida, at home to visit him.

“I was going to try to go to his home a few days ago. My wife said,” You should just go there. “And I thought,” Oh, my God “, but if I go home and say:” No, you can’t enter “, that would have crushed me.
Beefcake was asked what he would have said to Hogan if he had a chance to talk to him.
“I love you brother and we were really friends until the end,” he said.
Beefcake said Hogan’s friendship meant everything for him and that he had helped him to introduce himself in the professional struggle sector.

He recalled the great lengths that Hogan had been, to be there for him in his own need. Beefcake had been in an ascending parachute accident in July 1990, and Hogan had made the trip to see him.
“I was in a horrible accident and I did not expect to live. And he left his family in California. His wife was about to have a baby, his son Nick, to fly to Florida to be there, because the doctor said they did not think I was going to do it. And he stole there to be there for me.
“And when they took me out of a coma induced by drugs, and he said to me:” Don’t even think about it. Brutus, you’re going to live. “And I did it.
Beefcake and Hogan joined the early stages of their career. They were known as the Boulder brothers at the time. He was known as Brutus Beefcake when he started in the World Wrestling Federation (WWF). The two were also in the main event for Starrcade by World Championship Wrestling (WCW) in 1994.
He was inducted into the WWE renowned temple in 2019.

Hogan died in a hospital Thursday, an hour after having a heart event at his home.
