I tested the O1 model of Openai in Microsoft Copilot and it’s a bit overwhelming

Microsoft integration of the O1 model of Openai into Copilot last week brought the “thinking deeper” functionality to all users. Think of the deeper houses O1, a reasoning model capable of certain good reasoning capacities and complex ideas, despite taking more than one regular AI model to respond. OPENAI launched O1 as part of Chatgpt last year, but this co -pilot integration expresses the first time you can access the model for an extended period without additional costs.

You can activate the O1 model by clicking on the Think Deeper button before submitting the request. As for knowing why you may want to use Think more deeply, well, it gives you access to complex reasoning and research whose O1 model of Openai is capable, and also offers enormous improvements in terms of memory. Where the standard co -pilot models tend to forget quickly, the Think Deept mode keeps a trace of what you ask and the context throughout your conversation.

To put the model to the test, I started with a somewhat simple demand that had wrinkles. I asked: “I want to renovate my little room with a budget of $ 500. Can you suggest profitable ways to improve your appearance and functionality?”
