Islamabad:
The High Court of Islamabad accepted a various plea tabled by the founder of the PTI and his spouse to have an early hearing of their acquittal calls in Toshakhana case.
Judge IHC INAMME AMIN Minhas heard the advocacy filed through lawyer Khalid Yousuf Chaudhry. He asked the judge to repair calls for an early hearing. The court pointed out that he had made an order. The registrar’s office will plan calls to hear.
Earlier, the special central judge had rejected the acquittal pleas. The founder of PTI, Imran Khan, and his spouse Bushra Bibi challenged the verdict in the IHC.
