IHC has moved to Imran’s so -called prison stations

Islamabad:

A petition was deposited before the High Court of Islamabad (IHC) aimed at declaring illegal the so -called “inflammatory positions” published from the account X (formerly Twitter) of the founder of PTI, Imran Khan, during his imprisonment.

The petition, subject by citizen Ghulam Murtaza Khan through the lawyer Zafarullah, argues that the posts presented from the official report of a prisoner condemned while they were in prison are illegal, inflammatory and malicious.

He asked the court to lead the National Agency for Investigation into Cybercrime and PTA to investigate and determine who has exploited the account of the founder of the PTI.
