Islamabad:
The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued a notice to the federal investigating agency in the Toshakhana 2.0 case.
According to a written order of hearing of the petition seeking release of PTI founder Imran Khan and his spouse Bushra Bibi, the IHC said the petitioners claimed that the case had no legal standing and that they should be released.
The PTI founder’s lawyer said the case based on the approvers’ evidence has no legal standing. The lawyer submitted the trial court expediting the process of cases which may affect the fundamental rights of the petitioners.
