Islamabad:
A division bench of the High Court of Islamabad (IHC) would occupy the calls of the founder of PTI Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi for having heard on June 5, requesting the suspension of their sentence in 190 million pounds sterling.
The registrar’s office had published the list of causes concerning the planning of the case for audience.
A bench of two judges including the acting chief judge Sardar Sarfraz Dogar and judge Muhammad Asif would hear the calls.
The founder of the PTI approached the CIH and made a various request for an early hearing of the case, which was accepted by the court.
