The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday sent a case to the Director of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) regarding the forcible disembarkation of a citizen from an Azerbaijan flight and disposed of the matter. The court said DG FIA should act on this request in accordance with the law and submit a report. Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir issued a written order regarding the hearing of a petition by citizen Ehteshamul Haq. The court said that, according to the petitioner, he was forcibly disembarked from a flight to Azerbaijan. The petitioner requested that the dumping be declared illegal, he said.
