Islamabad:
Friday, the High Court of Islamabad (IHC) postponed hearings on requests requesting early planning of the acquittal pleads deposited by the founder of PTI, Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi in the Toshakhana II affair.
Judge Raja Inam Ameen Minhas, who presided over the issue, noted that a decision on the compensation for acquittal arguments would be made after examining the list. “We will examine the affairs listed for Monday, then decide,” observed the judge.
The court heard the petitions moved by Khan and Bushra Bibi. On their behalf, lawyer Salman Safdar, Ali Bukhari and Sardar Masroof Advocate appeared in court.
