The IHC also published a six -page judgment authorizing the advocacy of the head of the PTI Raoof Hasan for the withdrawal of his name from the travel prohibition list and also asked him to request authorization from the Court of First Instance to travel abroad.
The IHC judge Khadim Hussain Soomro, heard the petition of Aleema Khan. During the hearing, defenders Ali Bukhari, Khalid Yousuf Chaudhry and Niazullah Niazi appeared before the court in name of the petitioner.

Meanwhile, the IHC judge Inmum Amin Minhas made his written decision, approving the petition of Raoof Hasan for the withdrawal of his name from the PCL. The judge said that a criminal case, pending or under investigation, did not justify the inclusion of the name of the petitioner in the PCL.
The court declared the order to include Hasan’s name in the PCL as illegal. He added that the petitioner was on bond in the case against him, but the state did not approach the court concerned for the cancellation of the deposit.
