Islamabad:
The High Court of Islamabad (IHC) ordered Thursday at the Registraire office to award newspaper numbers to the petitions deposited by the founder of PTI, Imran Khan, and his wife Bushra Bibi requesting the suspension of their convictions in the reference of 190 million pounds Sterling.
The directive was published by a division bench including the acting chief judge Sarfraz Dogar and judge Muhammad Asif after hearing the arguments on the objections of the registraire office concerning the maintainability of the arguments.
During the hearing, the superior lawyers represented the petitioners, notably Latif Khosa, Salman Akram Raja, Ali Bukhari, Sardar Masroof Khan and others.
