Islamabad:
The high court of the capital cannot occupy the former Prime Minister Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi against their convictions in the 190 million pound sterling case this year due to a backward remedy.
However, a division bench, including the High Court of Islamabad (IHC), the chief judge of the actor Sardar Muhammad Sarfraz Dogar and judge Muhammad Asif, will hear the requests for various requests for the suspension of civil convictions.
According to a cause list published by the IHC registrar’s office on Friday, the bench is expected to take requests on May 8.
