Islamabad:
An intra-haired appeal was filed before the High Court of Islamabad (IHC) against a decision to administration of a single bench of a commission to investigate the allegations of blasphemy.
The appeal was filed by Rao Abdul Rahim against the decision of judge Sardar Ijaz Ishaq Khan.
The petitioner urged the court to declare the unique and non -avenue unique bench decision and to reject the initial as unacceptable petition.
According to the call, the single bench exercised Suo Motu powers and expressed instructions without hearing the version of the respondents. He also argued that the petitioners of origin had several legal forums at their disposal, including the courts of first instance, but chose not to approach them.
The petitioner argued that the formation of a commission to probe criminal allegations contradicts the legal procedures established and the previous ones established by higher courts.
It should be noted that judge Sardar Ijaz Ishaq Khan had previously ordered the federal government to establish a commission within one month to investigate the issue.
