India has illegally occupied Jammu
On July 13, 1931, around 22 cashmerics were martyred by the troops of Dogra MAHARAJA to have appeared outside the central prison in Srinagar to support Abdul Qadeer, who was accused of having encouraged people to challenge the rule of Dogra.
The Indian forces sealed the cemetery and imposed restrictions on the movement of political leaders, preventing the cashmered leaders from visiting the site on the birthday of an uprising of 1931.
By taking to X, Abdullah wrote: “I paid tribute and offered Fatiha to the serious martyrs of July 13, 1931. The unadred government tried to block my way, forcing me to walk from Nawhatta Chowk. They blocked the door of me.”
Addressing the media later, he said that a security bunker had been placed outside his residence to prevent his visit. “Today, I did not inform anyone. I have led quietly here,” he added.
The scene visuals have also shown that the leader of the NC Senior Sakina Ito arrives on the site on a scooty.
