The representative of the State of Illinois Democrat, Bob Morgan, suggested that the girls of the college who allege that they had been forced to change with a transgender student in a locker room had lied about the situation.
During a session of the Illinois General Assembly on Tuesday, Morgan addressed the alleged incident after being brought to the attention by the resident of Deerfield, Nicole Georgas, who filed a federal complaint on civil rights after having exhibited the alleged incident at a meeting of the school board last week.
Morgan, who represents Deerfield, addressed the question in response to what it is raised by the state republican representative, Adam Neimerg, who spoke of Georgas’ allegations.

In Morgan’s response, he called the question “a lie”, while praising the management of the situation of his community and schools and condemning Neimberg for having even raised the problem.
“I am really proud of my community who defended those who need to be defended and protected, ensuring that we have grand schools, what we do, we have incredible and incredible schools, incredible families, an incredible community that met to face this situation. Because it is a lie!” Said Morgan.
“So, the next time a representative wants to talk about other neighborhoods, I understand that he could be ashamed and, frankly, should probably be, but instead of standing on this floor, taking our time today talking about children, trying to talk about your own district.”
Georgas responded to Morgan’s accusations in an answer on X.
“Really [Rep. Morgan?] Was your daughter in the locker room? Because mine was! How dare you accuse them of lying. You are disgusting [and] Despicable and I hope that one day I can play the audio for you! “Wrote Georgas.
Georgas filed his complaint for civil rights to the Ministry of Justice After claiming that school administrators had tried to force her 13 -year -old daughter to change in front of a transgender student in the girl’s locker room last month.

Nicole Georgas revealed the complaint at a meeting of the Board of Directors for Deerfield 109 public school district Last week, saying that the incident was placed last month after his daughter refused to turn into uniform during physical education because a biological student was present at the time.
“Girls want their changing rooms and the bathrooms. They want their intimacy to come back. That’s why I’m here tonight. The well-being, mental health and private life of my thirteen-year-old daughter is at stake, “said Georgas during his speech at the meeting of the board of directors on Thursday.
According to Georgas, her daughter had been “frightened” and “extremely upset” when on February 5, she used the girls’ bathroom and noticed that a transgender student also used installations at the same time.
“The administration told him that a student could use the bathroom as well as a wardrobe for women because they now identify themselves as a woman,” said Georgas about the explanators of explanations that would have been provided to his daughter.
Georgas said the situation worsened when, a few days later, his daughter and other classmates refused to turn into uniform during physical education because the transgender student was present.
She said that the next day, school administrators removed the girls away and then transformed them into a uniform.
“That day, [Assistant Superintendent for Student Services] Joanna Ford, [Assistant Principal] Cathy Van treese and several teachers all entered the girls’ locker rooms, which makes them uniform. It continued all week, “she said, adding that her daughter had always” refused to participate “.
Georgas then raised the question of school administration, noting to have thought that it was a direct violation of President Donald Trump “Keep men out of female sports” Executive decree. She said in her speech that the administration informed her that, under the direction of their legal advisor, the student was free to use both the girls’ bathroom and the girl’s locker room.
In a statement to PK Press Club Digital, Deerfield Public Schools District 109 said that no student was required to change to others in the locker room and added that school policies aligned themselves with state law.
“The District 109 is determined to provide an apprenticeship environment where all students and staff are respected and supported. Our policies and procedures, including the use of students’ changing rooms, align with the laws of the state, the Illinois school code and the Illinois state of the State of Illinois (ISBE). No student, has not been in gymnasium uniforms for physical education schools.
