Imran, case of donations from bushra audition.

Rawalpindi:

On Friday, a court of first instance postponed the hearing of a case concerning the alleged abusive use of the rules of the State gifts by the former Prime Minister Imran Khan and his wife, Bushra Bibi, without procedure, because of the absence of one of their main advice.

The special central judge Shahrukh Arjumand has heard of the case in a courtroom inside the Adiala prison in Rawalpindi, where Imran and Bushra are detained.

At the start of the hearing, Barrister Salman Safdar informed the court that the defense lawyer for the defense of the Qausain Mufti was not good.

The court expressed dissatisfaction with repeated absences from the defense lawyer and made a written order clearly indicating that no other excuse would be entertainment. He ordered that now the case be heard on a daily basis until the final judgment.

The order noted that the defense had not provided a medical file concerning Mufti’s disease, which prevented the counter-examination of the last witness to the accusation, the Nab officer Haroon.

He observed that similar adjournments were also taken during previous hearings. He ordered the defense lawyers to finish the counter-examination of the last witness to the next hearing on October 6.
