Former Imran Khan Prime Minister has finalized the list of party’s privileged candidates in the next elections in the Senate.
According to sources, after a detailed consultation meeting with the advisor to the chief minister of KP on information lawyer Ali Saif within Adiala prison, Imran published the finalized priority list of candidates in the Senate.
For general seats, names include Murad Saeed, Faisal Javed, Mirza Afridi and Pir Noorul Haq Qadri. For the headquarters of the technocrat, Azam Swati has been finalized, while Rubina Naz will participate in the headquarters reserved for women.
In a surprising decision, Mishal Yousafzai was appointed in place of Sania Nishtar, who previously had the siege.
Addressing the media after the prison meeting, the lawyer Saif revealed that Imran was “deeply injured” on the lack of basic facilities and the violation of human rights in prison.
“Imran Khan is subject to mental agony. He is in isolation, without access to television, newspapers, books and even clothes,” he said. “He is also denied visit rights, which has left him completely aware of the outside world,” he said.
