- Imran is not allowed to speak to his sons, says Aleema.
- Prison authorities have also “refused” to provide him with books.
- Waqas Akram claims that complete preparations for national demonstrations.
Aleema Khan, sister of Pakistan incarcerated Tehreek-e-insaf (PTI), the founder, Imran Khan, said on Friday that the chief boss of the party had ordered that the party begins its movement against the government after the 10th of Muharram.
Addressing media outside of a short anti -terrorist of Rawalpindi, she transmitted the message of the founder of the PTI, declaring that he said that it would be preferable to establish a “monarchy” instead of implementing the 27th amendment.
The announcement occurred a few days after the Supreme Court rejected the seats reserved for minorities and women in Parliament.
On June 27, the constitutional bench of the SC ruled that the PTI was not entitled to seats reserved in the national and provincial assemblies.
Meanwhile, the government warned the PTI against the creation of anarchy on behalf of the protest, stressing that the staging of peaceful demonstrations was their constitutional right, but violence could not be authorized.
Aleema said that a plan for the movement had already been prepared, while the founder of the PTI urged the masses to “go out for their freedom”. Imran reiterated his position according to which “imprisonment is better than slavery,” she argued.
Imran’s sister also said that her brother was facing difficult conditions in prison, declaring that her experience was unimaginable for her opponents.
She said that the founder of the PTI spent 22 hours a day in a cell and is only authorized two hours. “All the prison facilities for the founder of the PTI have been dismissed,” she said, adding that he was not allowed to speak to his children or access books.
On the other hand, she made a comparison with former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, whose meals, she said, were delivered at home and who received hundreds of visitors.
She also said that Nawaz and her daughter were kept in “a rest home” with all the available facilities.
On the other hand, said Aleema, Imran has not been authorized to speak to his sons in the past six months. “This continuous denial is both inhuman and illegal,” she wrote in a tweet.
While, in the past eight months, as the leader of the largest political party in Pakistan, Imran has also been forbidden to meet the members of his party, she said, adding that this represented his constitutional right to political consultation and management.
Meanwhile, PTI spokesperson Sheikh Waqas Akram said his party has postponed the protests nationally due to the Iran-Israel war, then delayed it by respecting Muharram days.
“The preparations for all the provincial presidents of the party are complete,” he said, speaking to PK Press Club News.
In the first phase, demonstrations would take place in the provinces and the districts, said the spokesperson for the PTI.
To a question, he said that party workers should not be exposed to live bullets.
“When the first ball was dismissed, the founder of the PTI won,” he said.
Another question concerning the Declaration of KP chief, Ali Amin Gandapur, that he would bring weapons to the demonstration, Akram said Gandapur spoke of self -defense. “What the chief minister meant is that everyone has the right to defend themselves,” he added.
The PTI spokesman also said that the founder of the PTI had ordered Gandapur to direct the demonstration.
