Rawalpindi: The former Prime Minister and the founder of PTI incarcerated, Imran Khan launched his weight behind the lawyer’s protest movement against the “unconstitutional” appointment on Tuesday and qualified the 26th “attack” amendment on the judicial system.
His remarks were transmitted to the media outside the Adiala prison in Rawalpindi by her legal advisor Faisal Chaudhry.
His remarks occurred one day after the Pakistan Judicial Commission (JCP) approved the appointment of six new judges to the Supreme Court in the midst of a boycott of the PTI legislators and two superior judges of SC. Earlier, three judges – Sindh, Balutchistan and Lahore – were transferred to the IHC, arousing serious criticism of the legal fraternity.
The lawyer of lawyers would dispute the appointments of the six judges before the Superior Court, said PTI Hamid Khan on Monday, promising to continue the “protest movement”.
In addition, the three advice from the representative bar of the Federal Capital – Islamabad Bar Council (IBC), Islamabad High Court Bar Association (IHCBA) and Islamabad District Bar Association (IDBA) – announced the launch of a long step during the ‘Audience of the 26th amendment linked petitions.

The founder of the PTI was tried in a controlled environment, said the lawyer, adding that he had pleaded for the trial of Khan before an open court. He added that the founder of the PTI was not given the right to a fair trial.
Currently, an IMF delegation visits Pakistan, he said, adding that the opposition chief Omar Ayub would present a file to them.
