The relationship between Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau has reportedly become “serious”.
After the debut as a couple of the former Canadian Prime Minister and the pop star on the red carpet, someone close to Justin confirms their romance.
“This relationship is already pretty serious and is definitely heading in that direction,” the source revealed.
The Canadian political source added: “They are a couple and see each other as often as possible.”
Katy and Justin first sparked dating rumors after they were spotted having dinner together in Montreal in July, then their sighting while kissing on a yacht earlier in October sparked their romance speculation.
On October 25, Justin celebrated Katy’s birthday with her in Paris, seemingly confirming their romance.
Another source recently told the outlet that even though Katy was busy with her current tour, Trudeau “made a real effort to meet her where she is — literally.”
And Katy was “flattered by Trudeau’s efforts since day one.
“He’s shown he’s committed and really cares about spending time with her. It’s clear he values the connection, as does Katy,” the source added.
It is pertinent to mention that Katy is also mother to five-year-old daughter Daisy, whom she shares with ex-fiancé Orlando Bloom. The former partners split in June after eight years of dating.
