The Indycar driver, Conor Daly, was involved in a horrible accident at the Portland Bitnile.com Grand Prix on Sunday afternoon.
Daly was in an aggressive battle with Christian Rasmussen for a few laps at the start of the race. The two contacted the 13th round and then contacted the 15th round. However, Daly gained the weight of the last touch and was sent to crash into the safety barrier several meters from the track.

He pinned the blame on Rasmussen.
“I saw him drive (herta) almost in the wall on the right back,” said Daly, via Indy Star. “It was quite slow, so I tried to pass it in (turn) 7. He moved away from the track to make sure I left the track. I’m not sure. It’s stupid, in my opinion.
“It was really slowed down, and I just passed it, then it never stopped. It is a dangerous corner of trying to do this. I would say (let’s say) that it was a dangerous decision. I don’t understand it.”
Rasmussen disagreed with the Daly evaluation of the wreckage.
“Well, I think that’s what you can expect if you try to roll the outside 10, which is obviously the fastest corner on the track with me by his side,” he said.

“So, I do not know if he expected that I withdraw … I am inside, so I was not going to remove it. Obviously, the control of the race saw it in the same way, so I don’t know. Not much to add to it.”
Rasmussen took part of the blame, admitting that his wheel touched its side.
Daly took a more blow on Rasmussen on social networks before the end of the day.
“To deliberately destroy someone in a corner of 150 MPH is only a pure madness. It is not running. It is inexcusable. The standards of conduct, for some, are a joke at the moment. It means that you (Rasmussen),” he wrote on X.
Rasmussen finished in 12th and Daly was 26th.
