King Charles’s hands are tied even if he wants to permanently banish Prince Andrew.
Her Majesty will not be able to push her scandalous brother any further because of his ironclad lease of the Royal Lodge at Windsor.
Royal author Andrew Lownie demands transparency on the situation.
He told The Times: “I understand that Prince Andrew did not inherit the Royal Lodge but was allowed to make an arrangement with the Crown Estate.
“I think it is important for transparency that all the details of this agreement are made public…
“…and why the property, which is in fact a public asset, was not offered to him,” he noted.
