Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding has their friends in a state of extreme excitement as they wait for the highly guarded secret nuptial date.
The 36-year-old pop superstar and Kansas City Chiefs tight end, also 36, have faced rumors of a June 13 wedding in Rhode Island and then in New York on July 3, but none of them have been confirmed.
However, Swift’s friends Selena Gomez, Gigi Hadid and others have been engrossed in the preparations for quite a while and a source revealed they had a wholesome surprise planned for the Grammy winner.
They noted that the bride-to-be’s friends compiled a video montage of Swift to play at their wedding, adding, “Much of the footage shows Taylor smiling and laughing, because she loves how funny Travis is,” as reported The Sun.
The video would be six or seven minutes long and would feature all the highlights of the Opalite life as a hitmaker since she met the love of her life and her future husband.
Swift’s best friend Gomez is also planning a karaoke session for wedding guests to “show their love” and “help celebrate Taylor’s superstardom.” The source added: “Everyone loved having the opportunity to congratulate Taylor while singing and dancing together.”
The football star is said to be “super excited” about the memorable day and “wants to do everything she can to make sure she has the best wedding day and creates unforgettable memories.”
Swift and Kelce have had fans excited for their wedding since August 2025, when they announced their engagement.
